If you’re using the generic drivers that Windows 10 installs, try installing dedicated Bluetooth drivers released by your system manufacturer. If you’ve just started using a new Bluetooth audio device, it’s a good idea to check if you have the correct Bluetooth drivers installed.
If your Bluetooth audio problems have been there since day one, try every fix in this section, and the next one. If you’ve just gotten a new speaker or headset or you’ve been using one for a while and the audio is choppy here are a few fixes to try.
